Being alone means having no one to provide you company. Some people like being alone while others can’t stand loneliness one single bit. Solitude can be really scary and frightening for some people, moreover. It is always nice to have some people around you. There is absolutely no bliss in solitude. You should develop the habit of being alone when you want to indulge in some kind of soul-searching or talk-therapy with yourself. When you want to bust stress and reduce mental tension, it is preferred that you stay alone that time. Nevertheless, man is a social animal and he is bound to interact with other human beings. So, one should definitely interact with others and avoid being alone.
