Depression means a mental state in which a person has feelings of great sadness and hopelessness. Depression can be a result of emotional, financial or psychological setback. To come out of depression is not easy. Depression makes you lacklustre and baffled. You lose focus when you are depressed. Depression can cause great mental trauma and turn into an illness. In the words of Jonathan Davis, “A lot of people don't realize that depression is an illness. I don't wish it on anyone, but if they would know how it feels, I swear they would think twice before they just shrug it.”
Whatever might be the situation of the circumstances, however worse they might get, never get into depression. In the words of David d. Burns, “Depression can seem worse than terminal cancer, because most cancer patients feel loved and they have hope and self-esteem.” Depression is very much uncalled for, even when the going gets really tough.
