Diseases can be life-threatening and may even lead to a temporary or major handicap. So, it is important to protect yourself from diseases.

Certain diseases take a long time to be cured, completely. While, certain diseases like AIDS, cancer etc. are almost considered incurable. There is no remedy for some diseases.
