Make the first move but dont come on too strong or you might scare him. Try to confront, ask him whats on his mind, if he feels the same way you feel.

Grow a pair...ok on the real, when a man is interested in a woman, you could easily tell by their body language; they're easily relaxed (if they're the confident type), they smile at you, and most importantly, he's staring at you. I know that sounds a little intimidating (or a lot if you're the shy type) but he IS interested in you. Now for you're situation, sweetheart, its all in the eyes. But if you really want try something simple, then try cracking a few jokes with him.

You just cant avoid feeling jealous. It is part of what makes us human but you have to be careful. Jealousy can bring out the ugly sid eof a person and can affect your relationship.

You have to be strong and leave him. And when you do, try not to be all sad and depressed about it because you'd be giving them the satisfactory of seeing you hurt. You fall down, get your ass back up, dust yourself off and continue on in a different path. Prove to them that you can't be knocked down. There is many others who actually deserve someone like you.

Most likely because it has to do with past experience. Maybe the person had a happening with someone in her past who was trying to help and instead took advantage of her. Insecurity is another, afraid to meet knew people, or I may be too harsh but another reason can be racism. Yes, up to this day racism exist in almost any form. Remember the George Zimmerman case?

Think of your job as a challenge to yourself; to see how well you can improve on your perseverance and to see just how strong you are. If you can overcome this then hey, you can tackle anything else that get s tougher. If you know you have done your best so far, then you may think about whether you can quit or not.
