Excellence is achieved when you are far superior over others in your actions. Though easier said than done, excellence can be certainly achieved only if you give attention to details and make it a habit. Then, excellence will come automatically. Rick Pinito says, “Excellence is the unlimited ability to improve the quality of what you have to offer”.
When you do a common thing in an uncommon way which no one else has thought before, excellence comes. When you strive hard to gain excellence, it automatically motivates you to scale newer heights. This skill, if developed regularly, becomes an attitude ultimately. So, we should strive harder to gain excellence in all our efforts whether it is small or big, easy or difficult. Some are born great, some achieve greatness and those who achieve greatness are the ones who untiringly gave in their full efforts to gain excellence in each and every step they took
