Fulfilment is the feeling of satisfaction that one experiences when all our plans get executed to perfection. You feel satisfied when everything falls in place and one gets what one deserves or desires. In the words of Washington Irving, “Acting provides the fulfilment of never being fulfilled. You're never as good as you'd like to be. So there's always something to hope for.”
Fulfilment is necessary to feel at peace with yourself and be comforted and relaxed. As human beings, we have the power or right to development and fulfilment of our potentialities as human beings. Our desire and craving becomes more whenever fulfilment is postponed. In the words of Victor E. Frankl, “Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfilment. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated, thus, everyone's task is unique as his specific opportunity to implement it.”
