Guidance is providing advice or suggestion related to a decision or a course of action. Guidance is nothing but the act of counseling or directing someone. We all seek guidance from our parents, elders and peers at several stages in our life which is important as that guidance helps in enlightening us and making the right decision. Often we lack the experience and the wisdom that is required to take a decision in our life and move on.
Seek guidance from your friends, relatives and peers when stuck in a dilemma but don't over-depend on someone for guidance. This will make the going tough for you if you no longer have such people around you. An advice should be taken when it is required. Always consulting someone before doing something is a way to kill your independence and you will never be able to make and take mature decisions in your life.
