Hard work means the serious and dedicated effort that you have put in, to achieve any short-term or long-term goal in your life. Nothing can be achieved without hard work. Your success is directly proportional to your hard work. If you keep on working consistently towards your goal, the almighty shall also reward you with success in your endeavour. All great achievers were hard-working people with a high level of self-esteem and rigorous planning of short-term and long-term goals. Work hard towards your dream and you shall realize and accomplish it.
