Service includes various kinds of jobs and works. Community service includes working for the benefit of the society members. Customer service includes providing service to clients and customers. Military service is used to indicate a country’s armed forces i.e. navy, army and air forces. Public services are carried out with the aim of helping the mankind. Selfless service is a term often used to describe service that is done to others without expecting any rewards or returns. In the words of Ayn Rand, “Government "help" to business is just as disastrous as government persecution... the only way a government can be of service to national prosperity is by keeping its hands off. It only stands to reason that where there's sacrifice, there's someone collecting the sacrificial offerings. Where there's service, there is someone being served.”
