Sleep is one way to relax and rest. Rest at timely intervals, keeps one fit and healthy and revitalises the mind and the body. Rest also means to lie on some supporting structure or surface. The term “rest” is also used to describe something that is not included in a proposition or description and forms the remainder or residue. In the words of C.S.
