Killing means the act of causing death. Killing can be used for an activity that is extremely exhausting. Wars involve mass killings and death on a large scale. Killing someone in fit of fury can cause great repentance later on. One should not indulge in killing or in such felonies that make us a criminal in the eyes of the law. Killing under the cloak of war is nothing but murder.
In the words of Mary Tyler Moore, “A human being has been given an intellect to make choices, and we know there are other food sources that do not require the killing of a creature that would protest being killed.”
Killing someone out of anger is no solution towards resolving a dispute. Killing someone makes you a murderer and a criminal. In the words of Leo Tolstoy, “A man can live and be healthy without killing animals for food; therefore, if he eats meat, he participates in taking animal life merely for the sake of his appetite.”
