Obsession is the pre-occupation of the mind with one thought, desire, image etc. which leads to useless pondering and thinking over the same. Obsession towards your dream and goals is always a healthy feeling. However, obsession towards one particular object, your love interest etc. can be fatal. An obsessed mind is a hyper-active mind and can never stay at peace since all the time an obsessed mind is fixated on thinking about its obsession. Obsessed people cannot stay relaxed and calm.
