Problems are in abundance in all walks of life. There is not a single person who is devoid of problems. But whenever a problem arises, the solution to the problem has already been framed. So, the solution to the problem lies in our approach. We have to make new approach that was not followed by others before. This gives a new perspective and new angle to the problem. “The way we see the problem is the problem ‘said Stephen R Covey. The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. To come out of the problem, we have to stand away from the problem and analyze the root cause of the problem, the steps to be followed in solving them and then take necessary actions. This will give a clean and clear solution to the problem. If it is not possible to solve it, then laugh at your problems. It will at least give the courage to face more such problems in the future.
