Risk Taking pertains to taking risks at several points of time in life. You need to call the shots and roll the dice at your will. Taking a risk involves courage and dare and no fear of failure or loss. Thus, taking risks is not everyone’s cup of tea. But, the future belongs to those who dare. It has been rightly said by our ancestors that fortune favours the brave. Taking risks or doing activities that have potential chances of failure or loss is a part of the process. Risk factor behind an activity might be small or large but that should not deter you from performing the activity. In the words of Mitt Romney, “And the American people are the greatest people in the world. What makes America the greatest nation in the world is the heart of the American people: hardworking, innovative, risk-taking, God- loving, family-oriented American people. Dependency is death to initiative, to risk-taking and opportunity. It's time to stop the spread of government dependency and fight it like the poison it is.”
