Self awareness knows about oneself. This is first step towards wisdom first we should understand what and who we are, only then we can come to understand others surrounding us. Lao Tzu said, “He who knows others is wise. He who knows himself is enlightened”. It needs a lot of patience and maturity to get deep into self awareness but once it is discovered it gives a great sense of satisfaction. James Allen says, “Only by much searching and mining are gold and diamonds obtained, and man can find every truth connected with his being if we will dig deep into the mine of his soul”. Instead of trying to follow others and be a copy, it is better to be original knowing about your self and original. This gives more strength, respect, satisfaction and the courage to face all the challenges in life.
