Being confident isn’t a personality trait that everyone is born with, but overtime if a person is willing to change their thinking and try their best in order to gain confidence, their confidence and self-esteem levels will certainly grow. In order for a person to be confident they must first figure out who they are as a person. If a person doesn’t understand their strengths and never tries to tone and sharpen these strengths then that person will never be the best that they can be. Being confident also requires a person to not only know what weaknesses they have but to try and turn these weaknesses into strengths as well. Being confident also requires a person to realize how important they really are to this world. We are all unique creatures with different gifts to bring to this world, and the sooner that one is able to realize this, the sooner their confidence levels will increase.
