Tea is the agricultural product of the leaves, leaf buds, and internodes and of several varieties of Camellia Sinensis plant and is processed and cured through several different methods. Tea is also the name given to the aromatic beverage prepared with cured tea leaves and a combination of hot and boiling water along with sugar. People mostly love to have tea in the morning so as to feel fresh.. People love to have tea in the winters, at regular intervals, since it is a great source of warmth. Tea is a very common beverage and contains nicotine too, so it should not be had excessively. People on a diet consume green tea to keep their calorie consumption under check.
