Teachers are pupils who impart education to individuals or students or train them in any particular art. Teaching is the profession or occupation of a teacher. Teaching is no mean job since it requires dealing with kids and students of different mental levels and attitudes. Training the mind of an individual is a job that involves a lot of skills. These pupils are the wealth of the nation. Teaching is also a very respectable or venerable job requiring great inputs from any teacher who has the responsibility of training or educating several individuals their own subjects as well as ethics. Teachers should be respected and given a lot of reverence. In the words of James S. Coleman, “Cultural dominance of middle-class norms prevail in middle-class schools with a teacher teaching toward those standards and with students striving to maintain those standards.”
