Team work means to work together as team or a cohesive unit. Team work is necessary for any team of workers or players to succeed in their goal or work. Team work revolves around the concept of working together in unity so as to increase efficiency and maximize the throughput. According to Michael Schumacher, “When you start out in a team you have to get the teamwork going and then you get something back.” Team work is essential for a team to work in sync with each other. Each member of the team has a unique role to play and serves the team in a different way. All the members work in unison and synergistically giving great outputs and consequently, the whole team can accomplish their goals successfully in a much smaller time frame. In the words of Mattie Stepanek, “Unity is strength... when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.”
