We all want to be happy. Different people define happiness in various ways. Some define it as their well-being, which may be characterized by their positive emotions or outward expressions of joy. Others may define happiness as a way of life. One way to achieve happiness on a daily basis is to learn not to take things personally. Don't let someone else's negativity take away from your positive energy and joy. Ignore anothers personal attacks and innuendos.

Many times in this rough world when you are too silent people think that you are somehow ignorant. When you are too calm some people think that you are accepting of their ways. And when you are too kind they suspect that you are being weak. Let people think what they will of you, in actuality, no one's opinion of you can ever stop you from getting the places in life that you aspire to get to, and no one can stop you from being where you want to be.

Too many of us are so beat down by life that we feel as though we will never be good enough. We get to the point where we live a life we aren't proud of, and feel as though nothing we can do will ever make our messed up life the way that we want it to be.
