Not only is judging wrong, but it also opens a scope upon ourselves opening up our own lives for examination when we are willing to do so. Not everything that everyone is willing to do may be good, but that doesn't mean that there is no good whatsoever in the person.

Bad experiences were never designed to make you not feel a little bit of pain when you think about them. We are given the choice to either run from the past we once lived through, or we can learn from the past we once lived through. When we choose to run from our past, we are making a conscious choice to try and avoid problems that we will have to keep facing over and over again, choices that we have no option but to face one day, and choices that we will never get past until we choose to stop running.

There are generally only two options that we have when we deal with our pasts. We can choose to let our pasts limit us, and make us bitter, or we can choose to let our pasts make us better. We must understand that who we were in the past is nowhere equal to the person that we can be in the future. The trials and tribulations that we experienced in our pasts may not be held as a guarantee that our future will be full of the same tribulation and pain.
