Everybody deserves someone that will help him or her in their lifetime pursuit to finding and maintaining being happy, not someone who would only complicate and hold them back from this pursuit. Sometimes many of us experience relationships in which the person we are with is only holding us back from where we know in our hearts that we really want to go, and because we try to remain loyal to this person, we end up wasting time in our own lives and stop our forward progress in order to make them happy.

Little do many of us realize on a daily basis, but the span of our lives is truly a short time. The times that we experience in our lives will go by in a blur, and though there will be people who will enter and leave our lives at different times, it is important that we never miss an opportunity to tell the people that we care about, how much we care about them. Doing so is important because we never know when our lives will end, and we especially never know when the lives of others will end.

It is a hard concept to conceive for a lot of us, especially those of us who have trouble dealing with being rejected and facing reality, but the truth is, when someone really cares they will find ways to show that they care. Some of us question the devotion of a loved one in our lives daily, because they don't do the things that they know they need to do in order to stay in our lives, yet expect to be able to enter in and out of our lives when it is convenient for them.
