just tell her if you dont beleve me then fine i thougth we were friends. then ignore her she well have time to think about it and she well know the truth .

ignore her she'll find out what the truth is just give her some time to think stuff over bff well forgive you it might not be today or tomorrow but she well call u i been were you are its hard but you can do it just keep ur head up :)

It is terribly hard to forget a haunted memory like this. I know exactly what is feels like....you get so angry and raged, it sucks. What I would do is, (this may not be the best to do,) but just curse this person out and get all your frustration out. It may be only temporary but eventually you'll start to feel better. If you shoot guns, shoot their picture or burn it in a fire. It may sound psychopathic but it helps.
