I had over protective parents. Then i lost them in a car accident. I regret everything i lied about and sneaking out and sleeping around. When i lost them, i thought to myself that they were just being parents. You need to show your parents that your growing up and you wont be here forever. Dont lie to them, because it builds up guilt. Get them to trust you. & in the end, being honest will get them to let you go.

I just lost my mom and what I found out was your parents are the only ones that have you back when it's all said and done so spend more time with your parents you never know what can happen you have your whole life to go out and have fun don't lie to them be straight up maybe they can understand what you're going through be honest with them and see how fast you gain back your trust
