I think you need to convince her to tell her parents, sooner or later they will find out. I presume she still teenagers, that is why she need adults help especially her parents. And finally give her support as a best friend.
You being there for her is a lot of help. Being supportive is all she wants right now. Her knowing that your there is all she wants. No one to judge her. Lend your shoulder so she may just rest her head there to cry. Stand there with open arms because she needs that at this moment.
As a friend all you can do at times is to think differently in order to work out the situation. U don't have to fight anyone all is settled if they love each other..
You should take her to a professional first to ensure if she's pregnant or not and if she is pregnant then instead of messing up the things further by doing something to resolve the issue by yourself its better to tell everything to her parents so they can do something about it to help her.
