Unless...U seen this person before, U CANt! How would U be able to w/o anything to go by? U dont know them! Any judgment you make about a persons personality w/o and NEVER seen them before is based of what YOU THINK they might be like based off their appearance and that can be sterotyping. U CAN, however, w/ the ability to use your senses Ucan observe a person from afar and see how they are w/ other pple or their surroundings.
