If I had to use any button itd probably be pause and play. Its good to stop and take evreything so pause would be veryyy useful for me. and then play, well obviously be to continue on afterwards :P
I would use all the buttons:
Rewind, not to change anything, but to go back through memories.
Play to keep moving with life.
Pause to look at how perfect the moment is.
Stop when my time is done.
