Fishes can feel it, as humans felt the air.

Btw, how about humans - do we really have a brain?

if the air is clean then humans can't see it.. same with fish.. if the water is clean, then they can't see it. They would be able to see the area where air and water meet.. or if you dropped a stone in the water, they'd be able to see the ripples being created by the stone as it falls deeper into the water

They see the surface where the water and air meet, just like us. In fact, if you swim underwater, with good goggles over your eyes, you can't see the water either. Googled It!
