Here's a silly idea that one of my friend tried.
Get a card or piece of paper and write some of her good qualities or compliments on one side. Then, when she's in a good mood, ask her to express her views about you on the other side of the card, and tell her you want to keep this page in your diary.
Hope it will at least break the seal.
