Maybe try to talk to her about how great life can be and then tell her how it can effect others that love her cuz ive tried to kill myself and I didnt die I just effected people around me and then for her issue she might need to go to a facility that can watch her for a few days and keep her safe and maybe she needs some meds to help stabble her mood it has helped me and make sure she knows that its not bad to be on med cuz I used to struggle with that all the time
