Ok, I really like this guy but I haven't technically met him yet. I really want to but i don't know how to talk to him without stuttering.

hi, well just be yourself. I tell you secert I stuttering myself so I understand this. if this guy is really interested in you he still look pass that and look at your heart and personality instead!.
