I totally know how you feel, i am actually going through that too right now. All you can do is realize he's not worth it and try really hard. I found someone else that i like and it going fine but i stll think of the other guy...its not easy becasue he made me feel special and then he left my life, but keep you head high and your eyes open because theres someone else out there that will make you feel even better;)

Stay around close friends. Cut him out of your life if you know it's the only way you'll get over him. Delete him from your cell phone, email system and any other system of communication. It can be hard to stop yourself from text messaging, because it's sometimes easier to "type" words than to "say" them. But forbid yourself from doing it.
