Um, it sounds like your boyfriend has some serious prioritizing issues. Maybe talk it out with him and if he doesn't see reason, break it off. Communication is a vital part of any relationship.

I have talked to him, and he says that he wants to talk to me too............i dont know what to say

i think thast you should ask him "do you want ot talk to me?" if he answers yes than you should say well it takes two people to have a conversation. if he gets mad than let him be mad and wait for him to talk to you first. if you dont think that this will work than simply say call me later when we can talk. this will not only keep you on his mind but it will also made him want to talk to you.

I always ask him if he wants to talk and he's like yes. Than i say well why do i always have to be the person to talk first? And he's like, because i say so.
