Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. When people are successful, or safe, or lucky, they feel happiness.What makes happiness feel so elusive usually has more to do with how you relate to the concept than with how you really feel. Worry is a result of fear, mistakes,rejection and failure . Although it is considered as a normal emotion, we should also know that we should learn to shake it off as soon as we recognize the feeling. The choice to be happy is always yours to make. Make that choice and cultivate a happy spirit.
