I believe that God trusts us. I don't think He feels tension thinking about what we may or may not do. He knows everything about us before we are even born and He still invites us to be in relationship with Him. He told Jeremiah that before he was born, He knew and approved of him as His chosen instrument (Jeremiah 1:5). How can that be? Jeremiah wasn't perfect; in fact he dealt with fear and insecurity. God doesn't require that we be perfect; His only requirement is that we believe in Him, which is another way of saying that we trust Him. If we will give God our total trust, there are no limits to what He can do through us and for us.
