It wasn't Lois & Clark. It wasn't Superman. It was about a high school kid. Going into that first audition, I didn't know how anyone could prepare to play this role, and as I was waiting in the room to go in to the audition, I realized that you have to take everything that makes this kid a super hero, and throw it out the window. I know in the movies and comics Lois was getting rescued a lot, but there was always the sense she thought she could rescue herself. She was the strong one and didn't just sit there until the guy saved her. Maybe she isn't aware she's being rescued. I think she does a bit of butt kicking too.

It'd be nice if fans thought I was the sexiest Lois Lane.
