I have continually watched as some people let their past define who they are today. The past has literally robbed them of any joy or peace that may come their way. Not only does the past destroy their present, it also affects any hope of joy and peace for their future. Why let the past haunt and control you when you can have forgiveness and healing that is in Christ Jesus? Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30
