In whatever situation you are being subjected, even it is trying & hurts you, be strong enough to take the situation in stride with full command & say is it is okay. Remember being strong is only choice to remain positive in life. Being positive means being realistic to situation. Life always does not run smoothly & with acceptance to this reality one prepares himself to take ups & down in his stride & this is positivity.
