Initially go for small. The small successes will keep your motivation up and keeping your focus away from the big picture & it stops you from becoming overwhelmed and discouraged by big picture. Its amazing how much you can get done if you follow this simple method. We dont have all the time in the world. So focus on today and do the things you really want to do.
