Integrity is ability to act on accordance with ones moral values from within.Integrity is to work on thoughts & action with honesty & are based on values rather than personal gain. when you decide to work with integrity and good judgement, others may talk about you but later, when the merits are reaped, theyd realize your point. When you worry too much about being gossiped, you will not be able to keep focus on the main goal. Whatever it takes, you have to sacrifice being too nice to everybody. Keys to integrity are have courage to follow through your commitment & do the right things.
