Passive behavior leads a sense of self defeat which in turns lead to internal conflict .Internal conflict may lead to stress, anger, resentment ,feeling of inner guilt & feeling of victimization. Inculcate assertiveness in your behavior. If your style is passive you may be shy it sends wrong message that your thoughts and feelings aren't as important as those of other people. When you're too passive, you give others the license to disregard your wants and needs.
