Patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. Accepting things as they are will bring us peace beyond our own mental understanding. When bad things come or when we arent at our goals as soon as we expect we can be the ones who stand strong. We can be calm in the face of trials. Things may seem hectic on the outside, but we will have an inner peace that stands stronger than any anxious thought.
