Success and failure are essential components to grow. Failure makes us aware of our mistakes and awakes from slumber of ego which blunts virtue of creativity. Success makes us arrogant & makes up to stuck up a point as it gives false sense of fulfillment that we have achieved all. In reality if we are content and take success as ultimate, we will stop to grow further and will be labelled as non performer in the long run.
