We are all familiar with the feelings of guilt and shame. They are really bothersome and nagging emotions that dont go away that easily. Shame is a painful feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the consciousness of wrong or foolish behaviour.Guilt is state of having committed an offence, crime, violation, or wrong, especially against moral or penal law.
