Elderly” is the class of people who are aging or getting old. People are said to turn elderly once they hit their 50’s. Their hair starts greying, skin is no longer tight and the capacity to take strain at work, become tremendously reduced. Elderly people can’t stand something obscene. In this context, one is reminded of Bertrand Russell and his remark that said, “Obscenity is whatever happens to shock some elderly and ignorant magistrate.”
All of us turn elderly in our 50’s, generally. But people having a lethargic and unfit lifestyle may turn elderly much before the predicted time. Herein, lies the significance of a fit lifestyle. Walking every day for an hour can do you lots of good, as far as keeping you fit is concerned. Elderly people at home, should be given their due respect and recognition as they are supposed to possess lots of wisdom.
