Fool is someone who is foolish or acts unwisely. Fools are always taken for granted by others and are pretty gullible. Fools can be easily bluffed by others. April 1st is recognized as April fool’s day, worldwide when people try to befool or play tantrums with their loved ones or colleagues. In the words of Abraham Lincoln, “It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt.”
To fool someone means to bluff someone else and get the better of him or her by trick or deceiving others. In the words of William Shakespeare, “A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.” Wise people have more value and name in the society while foolhardy or foolish people are always kept at arm’s length by others. Foolish people are amateur and lack the capacity to think and act rationally.
