The word stubborn indicates someone who is obstinate and does not budge from his views and opinions easily. Stubborn lover is used to indicate a person who is quite stubborn with his partner and never gives in, when engaged in any argument or dispute. When you feel stubborn love for any person, you get too obsessed with the person and you just cannot think of having anyone else as a probable partner.
