All those women who are into business or related activities are business women. These days, women have the sense of doing business and making huge profits too. This is what is driving women into business. Women make excellent bosses. The ability to manage things at home as well as office and maintaining a so-called work life balance comes naturally and habitually to women. Women have the ability to lead or spearhead any group or team of members. Women can lead from the front if provided a tangible opportunity to do the same. Gone are the days, when women used to stay confined to the four walls of their house and limited themselves to just being a homemaker simply.
