Being Fed up implies being weary, irritated or irked by some activity to the extent that you cannot take it any further and tolerate it henceforth. Being fed up of regular, monotonous and routine tasks is quite common. Most of us are fed with our routine and hectic lifestyle. One cannot certainly avoid this state of being fed up. When something gets boring, one loses interest in it. Activities requiring lots of labor and hard work are the ones which make us fed up, indeed. When one is fed up with something, one should opt for a change of activity or task that might act as a refreshing change. Being fed up and losing one’s cool over something, all because of any irksome activity is not the right way to put an end to your frustration and monotony. Being fed up with things and losing your control over someone else is simply not the right way to address your problems. In the words of Helena Bonham Carter, “I also get fed up with the fact that casting agents and directors have this impression of me as being frail and petite. I find it very patronizing. I'm quite beefy and strong. I was a gymnast in school and I have lots of muscles.”
