But stress can be completely avoided only if we choose to change our perspective on matters. We should not do everything in a haste that will ultimately lead to stress. Proper planning helps to alleviate stress. As Maureen killoran says, “Stress is not what happens to us. It is our response to what happens and response is something that we can choose.” So, let’s live a stress free life which will also increase our longevity.
